Finalize Your Mudarabah Agreement

This Mudarabah Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on October 24, 2023, by and between:

The Capital Provider (Rabb-ul-Maal): House of Wealth Inc, acting on behalf of the investor pool.

The Entrepreneur (Mudarib): Abdullah Al-Farsi Trading Co.

1. Purpose of Investment

The Capital Provider agrees to provide capital to the Entrepreneur for the purpose of investing in Ethical Supply Chain Logistics Expansion within the Southeast Asia region, in accordance with Shariah principles.

2. Capital Contribution

The total capital contribution shall be $50,000 USD (Fifty Thousand United States Dollars), to be transferred via blockchain smart contract protocol upon execution of this Agreement.

3. Profit Sharing Ratio

Any profits generated from the venture shall be distributed as follows:

• 40% to the Capital Provider (Rabb-ul-Maal)
• 60% to the Entrepreneur (Mudarib)

4. Loss Bearing

In the event of a loss, the Capital Provider shall bear the financial loss up to the limit of the capital contribution, provided such loss is not due to the negligence, misconduct, or breach of contract by the Entrepreneur. The Entrepreneur bears the loss of their time and effort.

5. Shariah Compliance

Both parties agree that all business activities shall be conducted in strict accordance with Shariah principles. No investment shall be made in prohibited (Haram) industries such as alcohol, gambling, or interest-based financial instruments.
